My order hasn't shipped yet?
Order processing time is currently taking one to two weeks. Thank You for your patience.
I entered the wrong address on my order!
Please email us ASAP, of your oder is already processed and shipped we cannot intercept the package. You will need to wait for it to be returned to us and then we can re-dispatch it to you. Shipping will be charged a second time.
Help! I need to cancel my order!
Our current policy does not allow for cancelations but exceptions are made on a case by case basis.
I want a refund on my order.
Currently we do not offer refund on orders unless product arrives damaged in which case we are happy to replace the product. Please email within one week of your package arriving.
